The lower two decades use air capacitors for exceptional resolution and low dissipation, while the remaining decades use sealed 0505 mica capacitors for superior stability. The unit’s shielding system minimizes stray capacitance, with BNC connectors providing easy connection for both two-terminal and three-terminal measurements.
