Working Principle
The system generates X-rays by converting AC power into high-voltage DC pulses. These pulses energize an X-ray tube, where electrons are accelerated toward the anode. Upon striking the target material, the X-rays penetrate the object under inspection. Internal inconsistencies reduce the intensity of X-rays differently, and this is captured on special film.
After chemical processing, defects appear as dark or light areas on the radiograph, based on how much radiation passed through. This contrast allows users to assess flaw type, size, and location.

Operation Guide
-
startup: power on the device; display shows “HH” while the cooling fan activates
-
set exposure time: turn the dial to adjust to the desired duration
-
warm-up cycle: always perform a warm-up before operation to stabilize the vacuum in the tube
-
adjust kV: choose the correct voltage based on material thickness
-
start exposure: press “HV” to begin exposure; the system will count down automatically
-
post-exposure: once the countdown ends, the unit shuts off the high voltage and begins a cooling cycle
Delay Mode Setup:
-
hold the “HV” key for 3 seconds to enter delay setting
-
select delay time (0.1–5 minutes)
-
release button to save and press again to activate
-
to cancel, either restart the device or press “HV” again to show “00”
Safety Guidelines
-
use 2 mm thick lead shielding or maintain a 20-meter safety radius
-
always ensure the unit is properly grounded
-
do not operate the system if pressure drops below 0.35 MPa
-
never power off the unit during its rest cycle to allow proper cooling
-
voltage fluctuations may trigger automatic protection features, which are part of normal operation
