Working Principle
The MXT-1200 emits short-wave radiation from its high-voltage source. This radiation passes through the conveyor belt and is modulated by the material density. A flat-panel image intensifier captures variations in the beam caused by internal features like tears or steel cord rust. The image is displayed in real time, allowing immediate flaw detection and storage on an SD card for documentation.
