This model is particularly effective in mobile or high-altitude scenarios where traditional flaw detection equipment may be difficult to use.
Working Principle
The XXG2005 generates high-voltage X-rays that penetrate the material under test. When the X-rays pass through the object, they are absorbed at different rates depending on the material’s thickness and density. The resulting radiation is captured on a special film, producing an image that highlights internal inconsistencies. The unit uses a silicon-controlled rectifier and pulse transformer to produce stable high-voltage pulses required for X-ray generation.

-
Use shielding such as 2 mm lead plates or maintain a 20-meter exclusion zone
-
Regularly monitor air pressure; do not use below 0.35 MPa
-
Ensure grounding of the control unit to avoid electrical hazards
-
Do not interrupt power during post-exposure cooldown cycles
-
Always use recommended X-ray film and lead foil screens for optimal results
