The Trotec BM40 is a reliable moisture meter designed for fast and non-destructive measurement of moisture content in materials such as wood and mineral-based building materials. It is also suitable for monitoring drying processes.

Using capacitive sensors with a dielectric measuring method, the BM40 does not require probes or electrodes to be inserted into the material. This ensures a completely non-invasive operation. For greater accuracy, correction factors for different materials are available, and the moisture content is shown directly as a percentage by weight.
